DIAMORA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). DIAMORA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may not be possible.
DIAMORA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized or suspicious payment activity, abuse of return policies, or violation of these Terms, without liability to the customer.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DIAMORA is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and DIAMORA. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through the store, and you release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
